Job Description of Public Relation

 
  • Responsible for hotel Brand, Positioning and Differentiation status and implementation
  • Directing hotel Visual Communications and promotion material,
  • Maintain media relationship and monitoring media exposures, advertisement and promotion
  • Enhance brand activation and marketing event.
  • Create room, food & beverages packages to implement stimulate the sales opportunity
  • Applying integrated marketing communications strategy to gain up the promotion.
  • Conduct training for staffs related on updates promotional and offers
  • Raise up innovative and creative ideas for annual calendar of events to be materialized accordingly
  • Reporting and responsible a reasonable profit and loss calculation
  • Monitoring and controlling hotel Brand Standard or Corporate Identity Manual
  • Handling E-commerce /Digital Marketing to ensure hotel online reputation through internal and external tools and resources such owned media, earned media and paid media.
  • Represent hotel to show up in every occasion and public activities
  • Joint promotion, partnership and loyalty program enhancement
  • Customer base program and updating database (guest, client, and colleagues)
  • Responsible also for hotel publication and documentation
  • Handling Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Directing photography and digital imaging
  • Prepare program related on public occasion to increase popularity and brand awareness
  • Authentically as a Press Contact, arrange Press Conference, Media Gathering to maintain media relationship and responsible for press releases, newsletters and joint promotion with medias.
  • Implementing the group culture and brand identity
  • maintain relationship with clients, government, community, and organizations
