SOP Mini Bar Cleaning

Policy - The objective of cleaning the minibar is to keep it clean & hygenic.





1. Collect all the necessary materials required to clean the minibar i.e. Sponge, red piping duster, marble safe cleaner.

2. Identify the mini bar to clean, remove all the items.

3. Clean the mini bar with the usage of a sponge and the marble spray and then wipe it clean.

4. While cleaning make sure that there's no unpleasant odor in the fridge.

5. Ensure that the mini bar beading is cleaned with a duster.

6. Check for mini bar maintenances.

7. While placing back the mini bar items, make sure that the logo is visible and check for expiry.
